Do you buy comics, games, collectibles, etc?
Yes, we purchase comics, manga, graphic novels, video games, pops, action figures, Magic / Pokemon cards, and many other collectibles! We prefer to purchase these items locally, but we will travel within an hour or so of our location depending on the size of the collection.
Is your store online, brick and mortar, or both?
We are both! Our physical store is located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and it is integrated with our online store through Shopify. Anything on our site is for sale, and we can ship it to you or get it ready for local pick up depending on your situation!
How long does it take an order to ship out or be prepared for local pick up?
Most orders will ship out within 24 hours. If you are local, once you have completed checkout, you should soon receive an email letting you know your order is ready to pick up.
What are your buy rates?
To put it simply: We offer more than our competitors, but there is no simple equation. Our buy rates vary based on what the item is, the condition, how easy/difficult it will be to sell depending on its current popularity, etc. Our experts are always willing to give a free estimate, and we are a no-pressure environment. Feel free to drop by with your collectibles, or contact us to make an appointment to ensure that you don’t have to wait!
What is your return policy?
We allow full money back or store credit returns within the first 30 days of your purchase with an accompanying receipt. Your item must be in its unopened and original packaging and undamaged. We accept returns on our vintage and/or previously used collectibles on a case by case basis, with the original receipt and packaging. Lastly, we reserve the right to deny multiple returns from the same customer in too short a window at our discretion.
What forms of payment do you take?
We take pretty much all forms of modern payment through our POS and website including credit, and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and many others (sorry, but no checks)! And yes, our POS also takes contactless payments like Tap.
Can I add to my order once it is placed?
Sorry, but all orders placed are final. You will need to make another order.
Would you be willing to sell my product in your store or on your website?
Feel free to email us at email@example.com with the details of what you are selling. If you are local to us, we will give it more consideration, but we’re willing to check out anything. Please do not drop by for an unannounced meeting. Emailing us is the way to go, and we will respond!
Do you hold items or do layaway?
Sorry, but we do not. All items must be pre-ordered or purchased right away.
When do the latest items come out on the floor or are put up on the website?
New items hit the floor and the website on a daily basis depending on when they arrive and if they have a release date from the distributor. Comics come out on Tuesday (DC) and Wednesday (everything else), but we will often have them up on the website if they arrive earlier for pre-order (we still can’t ship them until their release date).There’s always a good reason to stop by or check out the website!
