Yes, we purchase comics, manga, graphic novels, video games, pops, action figures, Magic & Pokémon cards, and many other collectibles! If you have a large collection, please send us an email at info@infinityflux.net. We prefer to purchase items locally but can travel within an hour or so of our location depending on the size and quality of the collection.

Our offer will depend on item conditions, how long they might take to sell, and their current popularity. We are easy going, low pressure, and our experts are always happy to give free estimate. Feel free to drop by with your collectibles, or contact us to make an appointment to ensure that you don’t have to wait!

We take pretty much all forms of modern payment through our POS and website including credit, and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and many others (sorry, but no checks)! And yes, our POS also takes contactless payments like Tap.

If you make a purchase on our webstore for local pickup, you will receive a notification when your order is ready. We ask that all orders be picked up within a week of the pickup notification. If items are not picked up after 30 days, we reserve the right to refund your order through either the original payment method or in-store credit depending on the item (i.e., how difficult it will be for us to sell again having to restock it). We will always contact you multiple times via email and phone to remind you if you have a pickup.

We are both! Our physical store is located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and it is integrated with our online store through Shopify. Anything on our site is for sale, and we can ship it to you or get it ready for local pick up depending on your situation!

Most orders will ship out within 24 hours. If you are local, once you have completed checkout, you should soon receive an email letting you know your order is ready to pick up.

We allow full money back or store credit returns within the first 30 days of your purchase with an accompanying receipt. Your item must be in its unopened and original packaging and undamaged (and unread in the case of comics, graphic novels, manga etc.). We accept returns on our vintage and/or previously used collectibles on a case by case basis, with the original receipt and packaging. Lastly, we reserve the right to deny multiple returns from the same customer in too short a window at our discretion.

New items hit the floor and the website on a daily basis depending on when they arrive and if they have a release date from the distributor. Comics come out on Tuesday (DC) and Wednesday (everything else), but we will often have them up on the website if they arrive earlier for pre-order (we still can’t ship them until their release date).There’s always a good reason to stop by or check out the website!

Orders usually ship within 24 hours of being placed unless it’s near a holiday or a weekend day where the service selected does not pick up. Note: pre-order products with a specific release date cannot ship out until right before the release date.

Our shipping rates are based on the weight and size of your order as determined by USPS & UPS. These prices are displayed during checkout on our website. Customers can choose between USPS or UPS for themselves during checkout. These are live rates directly from the carrier based on customer location and weight of products.

If you are local to the Chattanooga, TN area, you are welcome to select Local Pickup at checkout and your order will be ready for pickup within minutes! Customers can choose what shipment tier they want during checkout - UPS Ground, USPS Ground Advantage, or USPS Priority. Please note the delivery times listed at checkout are estimates and not a guarantee of a delivery date.

We're here to help! Please contact us immediately at info@infinityflux.net. Please include your order number and any pertinent details in the email. If an order arrives damaged, please take pictures of the box it arrived in and pictures of any damaged items.

We have a top-notch shipping team who care about making sure your items arrive safe and sound. Depending on the size of your order, we will use corrugated cardboard, bubble wrap, and packing tape when appropriate. We also use Gemini mailers. All comics are shipped bagged and boarded at no extra cost.

Comic Book Subscriptions & Ordering FAQ

Yes, we have a free subscription service where customers can easily subscribe to and pre-order comics, manga and graphic novels of their choice. Here is the link to sign up

Yes! Any comic, manga, or graphic novel pre-ordered through our free subscription service gives you a 10% discount on those items!

A pre-order can be placed in the comic subscription section of our website during a designated time period referred to as Last Call or Final Order Cutoff (FOC for short). This is a date when all the orders placed by retailers are guaranteed to be printed and delivered (with very few exceptions). Orders placed after this window require that there are enough copies left over for us to sell them to you. Only items ordered before the Last Call date are considered pre-orders and receive a 10% discount.

Sorry, but pre-orders cannot be canceled after the Final Order Cutoff date since distributors will not let us cancel after that time. You are required to pay for what you pre-ordered when it arrives. With great ordering power comes great responsibility!

Yes, yes, and yes! Our subscription service will allow you to control exactly what you want, in what quantities, and you can change it very easily!

If you are picking them up locally, we require all subscriptions that have arrived to be paid for and picked up no less than monthly. However, we do ask that your box not reach over 25 issues at a time, so if you subscribe to a lot, please plan to visit us a little more often.

We prefer not to bill our customers until we have the comics in hand from the distributor. That means you will be subscribing/ordering the comics now, and then we will invoice you when the comics arrive at our store (usually in 3-4 weeks from the Final Order Cutoff date). If you want to budget now for your upcoming invoice, feel free to purchase a gift card from our website (though this is not required). Otherwise, just look for our email/invoice once we have your comics. We will then ship them out within 24 hours of receiving your payment! You can also always shop our weekly releases directly on our website (updated every Monday), but subscribing guarantees your copy in advance.

Orders that are not paid for within these windows are subject to cancellation and being placed back in our inventory for sale. If we have not received communications from you, your account might be put on hold.

Subscriptions are ready the Wednesday of their release week. We will invoice everyone we ship to, but local subscribers will need to come by at least once a month.

Yes, you can! Once you’ve created a free account with us, you will be able to choose between weekly or bi-weekly shipments for any comic, manga, or graphic novel subscriptions that you have. We will invoice you before we ship. For regular, non pre-orders of items currently in stock on our website, just choose that you want us to ship it to you during checkout and we will ship it off immediately!

We care about getting you the best condition on your comics possible. We wear gloves and bag and board every single comic in our shop. However, we cannot promise you will receive Mint condition copies of your comics. Minor defects sometimes occur in the original production, shipping, and general handling that are outside of our control. Small amounts of color rub, spine roll, fraying near spine corners, and the occasional minor spine tick are the most common production/original shipping defects. As collectors ourselves, we can promise you great condition comics, with no major tears or bends, but we cannot guarantee perfect condition. Often, when we report these minor damages back to the distributor, we are sent back comics in the same condition or worse.

Yes, if you want to pick up your order at our shop in Chattanooga, Tennessee, there is an option to do that for free! You can also pay ahead of time and we will have your order waiting for you!

A ratio variant is a comic that can only be ordered from the distributor in a limited quantity based on us ordering a larger amount of regular open order covers. For example, a single 1 in 25 ratio variant requires we order 25 regular open order covers. Due to these limitations and their scarcity, ratio variants cost more. You can spot a ratio variant comic because in the title or description it will say something like “1 in 25” or “1 in 100.”
Customers can pre-order ratio variants, but we price these on a case by case basis. So, once a pre-order has been placed, we will send the customer a price which can either be approved or declined under the “My Subscriptions” tab. If a customer has not approved AND paid before the comic’s Final Order Cutoff date, the ratio variant order will be canceled. If the customer does approve, prepayment for the item is due Sunday by 6pm for DC comics and Monday by 6pm for Marvel. -
We are proud to offer New Releases for comics earlier than most shops. You can typically find Marvel, DC, and indie New Releases for the next week available on our website the preceding Friday on this page. In the case of shipping delays, these will typically be available the Monday before release day. For the enjoyment of all, we reserve the right to limit certain titles to one per customer. This helps us keep our prices low and spread the love. On the other hand, if you want to pre-order comics that you believe you want multiple copies of, you are welcome to subscribe or pre-order as many as you want!
